food blog

i stole this from another blog...well, i didn't steal it, they told me to take it. this is a list of 100 things every omnivore should try at least once.

1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating. (since i'm lame and can't figure out the cross out function on my blog...it is 3:20 in the am...the items i will never try will be in italics)

it's a............

Girl!!!

We were so sure she was a boy that we didn't believe the dr. at first. Well, this means we will have three girls in high school at the same time, yikes! We have a few names picked out but the one that I love more than any other Billy doesn't like and the name we were going to use I'm kind of over......so stay tuned and maybe we'll come up with a name we can agree on before she's born?

new time killers

ok, so at work I have a million hours to kill after I finish everything. Usually I kill the time on the internet. Today I found some new blogs that I thought I'd share.
http://www.seriouseats.com/

The first is a food blog...which is not good to read while pregnant and hungry, but it is super interesting (at least to me)

http://cakewrecks.blogspot.com/
And the second, I found from the first is...Cake wrecks. They just have pictures of bad cakes all made by professional bakers...people do get paid to make these. I can't even find words for how hilarous this cake is....oh goodness it made me cry
enjoy my new finds!!

fier free!!!!!

That's right folks, Lilliah has kicked the habbit. No more paci"fier" for her! We made a big deal of throwing her fier to the baby fishes at her birthday party. She's doing really well considering how much she loved that thing and hasn't gone back, what a big girl!

One last suck. I still can't believe I got this shot, if you look close at the bottom right corner, you can actually see the pacifier hitting the water.

She walked all the way back from the pier trying to find her "fier" but it was long gone.

Lilliah's 3rd Birthday party

Sunday we had Lilliah's birthday party. It was a much smaller afair than last year but it was fun. The kids are obsessed with pirates lately so we had a treasure hunt (necklaces and coins burried in sand in a kids pool) and desert island cupcakes. We certainly missed the Caston/Dungan contingent but we'll see you all soon right?
Sugar induced delirium

I love my little family

I want to be like Ree!

Ok, if you've never been to http://thepioneerwoman.com you have to check her out.....I am jealous of her on so many levels. I'm sure she works much much harder than I but it still looks like a much better way to go. I have been checking out all her recipies and let me tell you I can't wait to try them out....she cooks like I would love to if I had some spare time.
